Hi everyone I'm doing some renovation work at home and were going to convert a sunroom into an en-suite bathroom.
the plan is to brick up the front and put a roof on top. There are 3 walls with harling and there will be a new brick wall to the front.

My question is whats the best way to plaster over existing harling, ie shoud I use bonding coat, cement scratch coat or undercoat plaster & then top coat or should I be using a renovation plaster?

Any advice/info would be most appreciated

If its going to be internal now, just sheet it .
either frame it out or dab sheets on then skim.:RpS_thumbup:

thanks for the info I really appreciate it.

It will be internal although x1 wall will be external should I frame this wall and insulate before sheeting & Should I use bonding coat to dot n dab

sounds like a plan.:RpS_thumbup: frame all the walls insulate the external. no need for dot n dab......if your gonna dot n dab use dry wall adhesive .:RpS_thumbup:
