As a non-plasterer, could you lay the boards out face down on the floor and transfer the curve that way?
Do one wall at a time and lift/screw them into place as you go.

Cut the profile of the curve with some cardboard maybe and then tranfer

Hold the board up pencil line over the top then deduct the width off the timber, use a rip of mdf to give you the new inner line. I’ve used upvc trim before to

Pay a joiner to cut a template then copy it.

Yes, piss easy, neat cut. Or you can scribe it if you don't want router overhead

This. Wouldn’t even waste time and patience trying to get it bang on. Use this method and get it close. Scrim n fill gaps then skim quickly before anyone see how lazy i am

I think a router with a guide point bit is fastest and most accurate way to go. It looks like you even have a nice piece of trim to catch the inside edge on. (Obviously you'll need some hat track up there for framing)
