Hi all

Was doin a bit of internal s&c work in my house. Scratch coat went on great yesterday. Today gave wall a reall soak and carack on with top coat. Went on lovley but seemed to be taken ages to start goin off. Tried to use poly float to rub up wall and the wall was too wet ???

ANyway sttod there an hour later and still not ready for rubbing up. How is the best way to tell when its ready for a rub with the flaot??
