Im not 100% sure to be honest on any changes. I know guys who had the first versions and they didnt last the year.

Personally, I think they are a great back up if the power goes on the job and you still need to work. I certainly wouldnt be chucking away the Eibenstock

@bobski @Tom81 - definitely got confused here ;-)

The FLEX 1800w is the best mixers there was, sadly not about anymore as a 110v Unit. However, I have something coming soon from them.

The Dewalt and petrol mixer I personally don't rate - that doesnt mean they are bad. But the Dewalts I have experience with have died within the first year and its not a cheap product
