Was doing 2 walls and a ceiling in a bathroom. Part of the ceiling walls to high for a normal hop up, so bought a taller one. Was working on 1 big and 2 normal size hop-UPS. Hoped from the tall one to a shorter and nearly fell off, thought to myself 'i'd better just use the small ones. Got someone gear and forgot. Kept across again and smash, big claw marks down a wall, trowel in the back of the head and a badly sprained ancle.

PCA was from a thread 'you're not a plaster until you've.....
