Been asked to do an artex ceiling (never done one before)

The artex is not that thick or lumpy so whats best way round to getting the job done?

Also the house is an 1930's house so the room is pretty big so does anyone have a price range that i can go off?

Cheers

brush wickes bondit on in the evening. Come morning, get a thin coat of bonding on if it needs it, then skim as usual.

pricing? depends on lots of factors...

I get 1.80 this way mate Inc prepping I'll never drop my rates let the chancers do it for peanuts

scrape it with the floor scraper, pva it with thicker than normal mix, get all ya tools in and fill up the water bucket, pva should be ready, then skim it !! charge a days labour + materials

there should really be a 'PLEASE READ THIS FAQ SECTION BEFORE POSTING'

Unless it's painted. If so, insert "go for full breakfast and slowly read the daily sport" between "bucket," and "pva"
