I'm surprised mate youth of today are f**k**g useless. I worked with @johniosaif and his lad travels over an hour and a half every day just to get to work then the same going home and he's Albanian the other lads on that job were mostly foreign but they turned up and got stuck in etc sadly our modern youth just want s**t served on a plate
