Apprentice looking for work in London/Norfolk (or perhaps anywhere)

Hey,

I'm Sam, I'm 21, Irish, currently living on a farm community in Norfolk. I turn a coin from building yurts. I'm really wanting to hone in on a trade, something I can have for ever kind of thing. I've rendered a few straw bale walls and a few stone walls, and really found a love for it. So yeah. Like I say, I'm in Norfolk, but I gotta a base down in London as well, though I will consider anywhere. I do have a CSCS card as well. So yeah!

I'm not looking for an easy job, I have a difficult job now, but it's not sustainable. I'm looking for something I can learn, something I can progress with. Nothing in my message assumed the learning process would take a few days.
I do know a bit more than '**** all' about the trade, but not I'm an expert, that's why I'm inquiring about this.
So.
I will think long and hard about it. Because clearly I'm a delinquent who hasn't given this a moment's though.
