Afternoon,

Before Christmas i said to myself i have enough of my current industry and that i want a change. I have always been good with my hands and after doing some plastering jobs at my home previously i decided that im going to really try and make a go of learning the trade.

Anyway i decided to pay out and go to college and get a qualification at the weekend as i still needed to work to pay the bills. I have been going to Able Skills to do the City & Guilds 6217. I have really excelled according to tutors and im sure they would be happy to provide a reference.

I will be finishing my final assessments end of may, then i will have to full qualification.

A few things that i cover on the course are:
-Skimming
-Internal backing coats
-External backing coats including bell casts and different brickwork effects
-Rendering dot and screed

I have also tried to do as many jobs as possible for friends and family to gain experience and they have always been very happy.

Anyway if anyone is looking for a hard worker who is willing to put the graft in but always looking for the best quality work in the Kent area then i would be grateful for consideration.

Thanks guys
