Tasty but needs to be cooked right and from a decent butchers or its like eating fat. Ye going for it with training . Went on bike for first time since summer me ass is killing

Everyday since Tuesday been hammering the gym, first couple days I found hard as hadn’t been over Xmas, still lifting same weights but cardio was gone. It’s coming back now though and feeling better for it. Leg day tomorrow, going to hammer the squats and deadlifts.

I.m off in now to do tri.s and bit of stomach . Gonna smack bag for a bit to warm up.......then i.m of Tesco for wine lol

This year I’ve decided I’m doing the three f’s.

Fight
Fly
I’m lucky I can go to gym when I’m at work so hopefully get the fit sorted. Starting boxing classes with my mate when he gets back from holiday in two weeks and got first flying lesson next week. See how long I keep it up

Means are u looking good yet from gym n diet
Clothes fitting a bit better but only had 6 weeks at gym, 2 off for Xmas and back this week. Diet is key as you know and is the hardest part of it, I’ve also cut out all dairy and it seems to be helping the problems that I get with my stomach.

Haven’t ate like that in years. Usually 2kg of potatoes next to it. Was mega into gym years back
I’d have put more veg on the plate to fill you up more. Worst thing is night time for me, just want to eat all the time, during the day I’m not arsed about it at all.

Defo diet and motivation to drag ye arse to gym . Even if you just do a bit.
