Everyday since Tuesday been hammering the gym, first couple days I found hard as hadn’t been over Xmas, still lifting same weights but cardio was gone. It’s coming back now though and feeling better for it. Leg day tomorrow, going to hammer the squats and deadlifts.

This year I’ve decided I’m doing the three f’s.
I’m lucky I can go to gym when I’m at work so hopefully get the fit sorted. Starting boxing classes with my mate when he gets back from holiday in two weeks and got first flying lesson next week. See how long I keep it up
Clothes fitting a bit better but only had 6 weeks at gym, 2 off for Xmas and back this week. Diet is key as you know and is the hardest part of it, I’ve also cut out all dairy and it seems to be helping the problems that I get with my stomach.
