I had my malaysian friend over and after about a week of him staying with me he said that he really needs more food... I was like ooooh sorry thought the meals were good... he said they were but but he would like them split into 6 separate meals![]()

i was told that it is better to graze as your heart does not have to work hard pumping blood to you digestion system to digest a large meal.

Just because your dieting it doesn’t mean you can’t eat, I eat a lot of food just healthy stuff. I keep carbs low proteins high lots and lots of fruit and veg, over the last 8 weeks iv achieved the holy grail of losing fat and building muscle at the same timeHow the hell are you doing that with this job? Tiny must be body builder type guy , tbf I’d say well done for getting below 10% if you feel good that’s main thing I’ve always been 15 -20%

It's pushing it a bit. Less than 20% fat isn't too bad, less than 15% is great, less than 10% is starting to get edgy. What you trying to do?
