Any idea on how to match this finish?

It looks like sandtex high build done with a honeycomb roller did it years ago . Well looks similar

No that's to fine tge ones we used the holes in the roller was much bigger around 10mm I my memory serves me right . It was 25 years ago

When using the roller, put elastic rubber bands over the roller to get heavy affect.
