forgot about it....
on some bigger plots now will give it a try this week john...
18" feels too small now

Not aimed at customers, but at the manufacturers:
I just don't understand why these manufacturers are bringing out such long trowels (20"+) with such short shanks - how can they possibly believe that they're going to stay flat for more than the first week of use?
Good luck, lads. I think I'll stick with spats for anything that long, but I hope you get a worthwhile lifetime out of them.
