Advice please

Hi I’m Paul , I’m new at plastering, and would like some advice please .
am going to reskim a wall which has window . There are several cracks above window and plaster blown on wall ( right side of window)
There’s some movement on section above window where cracks are . Am I right in thinking would just need to bond the blown section once removed loose plaster before skimming, and would I use bond in cracks too or something different . Thx

Remove the whole section above door and top reveal if you got enough clearance to dab a board on that's probably thee best way forward then tell um to stop slamming the door shut in future spoilt little brats!
