Advice on joints between wall and ceiling prior to skimming

Hi all,

I am having the below room tiled next week and was just wondering what to do with the gaps between wall and ceiling. The ceiling is going to be skimmed over, but after the room has been tiled.
Should i mesh tape the wall to ceiling joint prior to it being tiled, ready for the plasterer after? If so, how would you do this, just attach the mesh to the existing painted ceiling or sand a bit off first?

A bit of advice would be appreciated.

doesn’t really matter, but you’d be better having ceiling plastered first.

Put an extra £100 or so on top of the jib to prep and sheet the room i would rather prep it than spend my time between trowels cleaning splashes and snots off tiles and the shitter
