advice needed please

customer has solidly put kingspan all around his walls and wants me to plasterboard and skim it.is the best way to do it,by lat the walls so i can screw the plasterboards on then skim,or he says someone suggested gluing them on,??,any advice the builders i do it for always get the insulated boards with the plasterboard already attached,thanx guys
