hey up lads .. whats the average price for an over skim .. no patching on a 3 bed terraced.. any ideas ,with materials in the price... many thanks

if its just re-skim work i would go in at about 200-250 per room excluding mats, but im on the other side of the country to you, doubt anyone could give you an exact price unless they knew the meterage and what a spread roughly charges round your end

bloody hell mate thats cheap ... .. i was thinkin around 2200 including materials .. but ive some seen some lads quoting 4k plus..

what w talking 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, landing, dining room?

coving?

any furniture it the way ? kitchen emptey? going round cupboards?

an average room is worth approx £400 all in £500 with coving, for a re skim, bigger rooms a bit more smaller rooms slightly less

6 rooms plus hallway and landing your looking at least 3k i would guess, i no expert on pricing
