im not saying its ideal but the spreads round here all seem to be saying the same thing. I know lads skimming 3 bed houses for £1000 its rough as but they get the graft.. the customer spends 2 weeks with a belt sander and a pallet of easy fill but they take the cheapest price...we all know its bollox
