18inch ox trowels

Anyone know how good these are. Tbh, ive never seen one untill today. Was in the builders yard getting materials and seen an 18inch trowel and was having a look, asked the guy how much it was and he said they retail for around 65-70euro. He said i could take it for 20euro because its been sitting there long and no one seemed to be interested in it. Funnyly enough, i was just chatting about an 18inch trowel on this forum yesterday or day before. Anytime i seen an 18inch trowel, i was always put off by its size but at 20euro, i thought id give it a try.

What size is it. As for the handle, I actually like them. I used the 18inch today and really liked the finish it left. Well chuffed with it!

They are cracking trowels for S&C , roughing etc . Personally I like the handles

I have the 11inch and 14 inch and prefer them to my mt's.. even bought one of there ultra-flex....

I've had one for 2 years love it on the big areas. Lay on with a 16inch Nela stealy and trowel to a finish with the ox. Sometimes dry trowel with a Nela super flex
