Work out cost for a tradesman for a day and a Labourer , protection of stairwell , 3 floors in a £2m house , pulling down a ceiling over a landing, protected stairs , carpets , timber , rubbish removed , not cheap
I would of been another 50% more
Plus the fact . If you fell you weren't getting back up
I'd of charged less tbh, but wouldn't of needed a labourer so would of still made good money a day
Why no labourer.
If you aren't doing any of those things then you'd send the labourer to the job alone. None of those things bother me, it's 10 square meters lol. You're looking not much more than 2 half days
