mate.get in touch with chris at WACK in ashington.the scrim is fiba tape and its the best ive used.tends not to fray and sticks aswell.2 pound odd each which is a bit more expensive but worth it.does decent deals on all plastering gear and chucks in free stuff too.

has the extension been built with a cavity and insulated properly.is there warmth in the room.how high are the footballs.either way,sounds like it needs redoing.maybe try a different method if unsure.the builder should really know the cause.

we only use carpet tape.get it from yorkshire hardware.its the best ive used and free delivery.600 or 900 wide and perfect for staircases and walkways.carpets left cleaner than when we started.no need to waste van space on dusty old cotton sheets.
