Well if ya slow down the suction on yer float coat itll slow suction ont finish coat. are you a tiler or summat?

Any ways if you do any float and skim you should no it takes nowt to put a tight coat over everything an then second pass (takes less fillin out and v easy to run yer edge over to get it bang on. :RpS_biggrin:

Ive scrimmed over the gap many a time but not over a 90 degree corner where t'other surface needs nowt doing to it. Just scrim up to it and mek sure you've got a good bit of scrim with thread right up to the edge if you know what I mean, hate it when scrim edges come away and stay on the roll...

beein a yorkshireman I cant see point of waisting money on pva or out else when good old water will do the job for ya for nowt mate :RpS_thumbup:

You cant render with plaster mate just use sand n cement or new types of exterior tackle jobsagoodun :RpS_biggrin:
