Was fassa system We had a lot of rain throughout the job at basecoat stage. Dry week for topcoat There loads of cavity filled houses now I obviously don’t want this happening again

Had a big problem arise on a thincoat job we did 2 years ago. System was Slurry 10 MM base in two passes with mesh Primer Thincoat We been told that it’s because of cavity wall insulation Anyone else had problems with cavities getting filled?

We were using Johnstone’s on newer stuff and fassa on the lime builds. then Johnstone’s put prices up 20% so we fassa for all. Lovely stuff to use and work with.

Their fassarend brochure has bba on it. What product would you recommend for older properties were it needs full lime?

Cheers that’s what I’m hoping. We have used loads of fassa gear though hope its not gunna happen anywhere else. We trowel finish it now for last 18 months so I hope that makes a difference
