heard cream of tartar works.old boy on site also told me hand full of multi in your pva for skimming on to ie gloss painted walls works a treat also dries pva quicker and turns pva pink so you know were you have rolle,rd with paint roller plus ment be good on artex .cream or tarter friday...

on the plastering course you did you must off met other rookie plasteres why dont you ask one of them gift you a lift it be easier with 2 plus you both gaining experiance plus free labour , and when he needs a hand return the favour
