Can anyone help me please? I had a load of Artex on my walls and ceiling and had someone round to smooth it over. First a coat of Thistle Bond It was painted on, then he put on a layer of bonding coat followed by plaster.
I lightly sanded, dusted and painted 4 weeks later...
