    This stuff has a fibreglass coating on it and it's as heavy as fcuk. Nasty stuff to use but you get great results with it.

    it said how much per week and is it perlite and 3rd hand? it'll be gash money no doubt, minimum wage in greece is €100 a week and the guys from the middle east will work for less than that.

    Cyprus. here is what we use, PELELITE FINISH PLASTER this is like Knauf Multi, it takes an age to go off, cool for ceilings though as all ceilings here tend to be really big.

    I used knauf multi before I moved, it was gash! then I move here and no matter what you buy it's just like knauf multi. Luckily I scored a pallet of thistle multi last year it was like a dream to use. Run out now though so it's back to shite stuff.

    I make my own here, it's called spritz here, it's just as crap. White cement and spritz mix (it's just like white grit crushed limestone I would imagine) at about 3-1, if you are doing a large area it's a good idea to make a note of the mix quantities then it's consistent over the whole area.

    Well I've been out of the uk for 6 years and apart from reskimming a bungalow last summer in Liverpool I haven't touched a trowel in the uk at all. So what's new gear wise? I clocked this speedskim thing, dunno if it would be for me like. what's K rend, that sounds quite new. Rick!

    Thanks it would be a cool enough gig, but would be impossible, the cost and loss of earnings for the band etc etc. Flights are €300 a pop at that time of year, so that's €1500 before you even start to think about somewhere to stay and all that..
