Just got a skim only job on a large Grade 11 listed building (every ceiling and wall ). Some of the walls aren't the best ,so was thinking about bedding render mesh into first coat. Have any of you lads tried this ???. Any feedback much appreciated . Dave DS Plasterers

Hi chaps....Got a job fixing 38mm thermal p/boards to ceilings, builder is supplying 75mm loose drywall screws, just want your opinion as to what the best screw driver is. Ive got 3 Senco screw guns but they only go up to 55mm collated screws, don,t want to pay to much as only use 75mm screws...

Hi chaps , ive got to pva and skim a living room next week ,the client has had a wood burning stove fitted, the chaps that fitted it skimmed behind it first ,as there isnt to much room [ did a decent job ] unfortunatly it has started to firecrack ,cos of the heat ,any ideas of how to stop it...
