Good news... for the most part this worked. Was putting on my final coat and another bit bubbled. Luckily not a spot where I'd put filler. Otherwise you'd hear about a man on a rampage and the reason being painting plaster
So I've bought the zinsser, and applied it. I then put a skim of filler on it e.g polyfill? Once i sand that down I reapply the zinsser, do I then use a coat of emulsion on that then once dried use the final paint for the last coat i.e. vinyl?
No baby lucky enough haha, the breakdown has started so guess my Mrs leaving is next lol. Making sure it was dried out and frankly... couldn't be arsed.
We were just looking at the zinnser last night, think this may be the next bet. You're spot on about the sanding and it continuing to peel sightly lol.
What about if that doesn't work? This isn't the first time it's happened, think this will be my second time lol. I was thinking sealant paint which has been suggested a few times also.
Sorry if this is in the wrong thread. I'm new to the forum and don't usually use them. Paint is flaking of my plaster. Let the plaster dry for 8-9 months, done a mist coat and then painted. It's remained on the other 3 walls in the room and this is an outside wall where the bath used to be.
