    one of the jobs im on at the mo is a hour and a 1/4 each way , but price is ok so thats fine . it does get gutty after a few weeks though .

    i have used one for 10 years , it just makes everything simple for me , i keep all the biz stuff completely seperate from private , when i pay the lads wages i just pay myself a amount to the private account , easier for the accountant too . works for me

    Think i would agree with lucius , does the render sound drummy , hollow . with the expermet sometimes the render sticks to the expemet and not the blockwork , causing it to be hollow and then over time it will move and crack , ive had the problem , it needs to be well fixed with no movement ...

    a lot of the time the very fine hairline cracks will be lost when painted , if there bigger than hairlline i could be all sorts of reasons . not keen on wickes sand personally . Its harsh to blame the plasterer when there is fine cracks .
