Dot and dab starting to show through
I just bought a flat and on one of the main walls the dot and dab is starting to show through. The wall is uneven where these are starting to show through. They were not there when the flat was bought. They are on one section of an internal wall against the flat next door. Thoughts?- Jimbo too
