    hi flat brush, i live in oz and moving back later this year,they dont do price work out here most is day work and 80% of them are as s**t renders they only one coat there render

    I agree if sand and cement is done by the right trade then it is the best finish those that say sand and cement is s**t is because they can’t do it

    I agree give them the price if they don’t like it walk and charge double to come and fix it
