    Hi. Yes there is a fan fitted and we always keep the window in the bathroom open. I think the property was built in the 70s. There seems to be gaps between the old and new plaster if thats what you mean by blown. You can see a shadow between the two plasters

    I know but what could be the cause. I'm not a plasterer. Is some type of Builders adhesive needed between the old and new plaster?
