Hello, I require skimming of the living room (2.4m x 7.5m) including the ceiling. The kitchen (3.3 x 7.5m) requires ceiling insulation, plaster boarding and skimming. Electrician coming to first fix around 10th July so anytime after that would be great. Thanks

Thank you everyone. I have decided to get it all re-skimmed and I have been obtaining quotes. Some are suggesting PVA with just 1 coat of Thistle multi-finish whereas some tradesmen are saying 2 coats. Please advise... I don't want to be stung again. Thanks.
