Long gauges for plaster or the s&c sorry? As s&c I put on till 12 and wait and float. Would you suggest just two coats of s&c then? If I were to leave it for a week or 2 and come back will it not go off quick?

I've seen it done both ways, scratch then two coats and ruled and I've also seen three coats?? And ruled. When you say ages what we talking? Normal cold board setting times or like one set a day because of hanging?

Would I also need waterproof in scratch and top or just scratch? Obviously leave a few days before plastering but could anyone also tell me do I PVA? And will the plaster go off very fast as there are some decent size walls
