    Pretty much yeah with it being like 4/5 weeks since it was done. And wondering whether the soggy bit of plasterboard will ever dry out?

    Not really hacking into it, the plastering was taken right down to the floorboards with no gap in between. In a ground floor room. Is that right? We were concerned it may be rising damp so wanted to see if the bricks seemed wet, which they don’t. Neither are the joists or floorboards...

    Small strips of plasterboard in between bonding Hi, Hope this makes sense. Just had some plastering done on a 1930’s ish terrace. It seems where there is really big gaps near the floorboards eg behind where the skirting board will go, that bonding has been used then small strips of plasterboard...
