Thanks but this is the original wall it does not need building up but just railings replaced (as they were removed in the war) and rendered

I would like to have some wrought iron railing replaced along this wall and for it then to be rendered.
Is anyone able to advise please what would be the correct way to repair the wall after the railings have been fitted.
