Yeah we’re awaiting delivery it’s due tomorrow and we will have another blast at it but you know what mate if that doesn’t solve the problem then we will give you a call to arrange the day because we just wanna get to the bottom of it.
You know, we got KREND telling us it’s the machine and to mess around with the parameters that andy strictly advised against and we got yourselves saying it’s the material.
I understand that new products will always be released that maybe aren’t suited for certain machines but you have to understand the frustration here Ryan. Spending thousands on a machine and then to use with a material that’s designed for machines that doesn’t work. I’m not here to cause any...
Thing is Ryan it’s a 3 hour drive to get to you, a day lost, fuel and you also mentioned bringing up to 15 bags of mono. Shouldn’t it be up to either you and krend to send somone out to site? We’re the paying customer here.
To be fair if it’s the material and not the machine then krend are a bunch of c**ts for advertising as designed for machines if all machines don’t spray it after spending thousands on gear.
Thing is our crew spent £10,000 on this setup
From p1 you expect it to spray fkn anything other machines can for that price. Struggles with 20m hoses most of the time. So many jobs with correct setup to the t there has been problems. No wonder everyone on here slates the mtech and seen so many...
We’ve been spraying krend basecoat, k1 and had no issues what so ever. It’s only started happening with mono. K rend saying change the parameters on the machine. P1 saying it’s the material absolute nightmare.
Setup the mtech-200 today ready for K rend mono spray. Primed the chamber with gear on the recommend water and speed setting and was coming out like a weird unmixed dry powder. Was like the water didn’t want to mix with the powder. Very weird. Any ideas?
We got one last year, absolutely brilliant piece of kit. Had some problems with it at start that was just down to set up once we got our heads round it we’ve never looked back.
Looks banging that mate. What’s your technique? We’ve done a massive k rends now. We get them very nice but certain times of the day with some cross sun it shows a few shadows. Nothing absolutely major just want to eliminate them completely like yours
accelerator very good especially in this cold season. Laid a panel on top coat with no accelerator in December last year and wasn’t ready to rub up till the next day at 6pm up on the scaffolding with lights and torches. When we used accelerator left it on overnight it was ready to rub up the...
Prime the brick work, use a HP12 applying at 4-6mm (depending what beads you want to use of course) thickness with mesh. Make sure there’s no high points in the base coat otherwise it will shine through the top coat which has happened before luckily only on a small panel. Wait 24 hours to go...
