You guys tried yoga/stretching you need to release pressure from tendons, virtually pain free me tho me right elbow joint is inch higher then the left, also being able to trowell up left handed helps too !

I know i'm old school but, allways one coat, two layers , bottom layer pulls in top layer thats way i was taught, thats what i still do using 13inch marshall town .

Can i just say when you are more confident try letting powder soak in water first before you start to mix , modern plasters mix easier today & don't set so quick either .
