    Hi all, Given the weather, anyone got any experience on how dry the base coat needs to be before priming and top coating? Been told bone dry by supplier, but don’t think that is possible in this weather. Has anyone any experience with putting on the top coat when the base is still a bit damp?

    Yep greatly appreciate the advice, and appreciate if I want someone to really tell me what’s wrong I’d have to call them out to have a look, will try PVA + bonding + Reskim (and will work on improving by getting the layers thinner)

    My instructor recommended Ox pre-worn, seems to be ok (not that I know much!). Bit cheaper than marshalltown and the online reviews seem good
