What’s the technique to line it all up ?

Just taken it apart as there was a build up of old render from the previous owner so I’ve cleaned all the inside

O have this one what’s the top tip for getting the bottom back on with out leaking took it apart to clean it all and now can’t seem to stop the water leaking out the back of it - obviously I have tried to tighten the two bolts

240v and no idea why it worked on 10 not on anything else

Ok nice one for everyone’s input the simple fix from Les was having it on speed 10 prior to mixing not what I had it on 7 Big thanks and finally back to work hawks back in the van lol

Yeah it’s strange but mines definitely been on the right one I’ll see what les says tomorrow

tried that and no water goes through I’ll try it with the pipe off in the morning

correct machine uses water that’s ontop of mixing shaft then runs out and float stays at the bottom and dose not add into mixer when mixing

its a used one but les has just had it in and gone through it

nope same thing float stays at the bottom and chamber runs dry

Lol the switch was on the water tap not the water tap crossed off lol

Yes filling it to the top all primed water flow set switches in correct place add material slowly start running and no water gets added into the chamber so the machine clogs

Yeah I’m new to this machine and Yeah water switch is on and the holes clean. And I hope it’s is something I’m missing I’d just like to know what it is haha
