First day he boarded flat wall and boarded the eaves, repointed a bit of brick work and taped up so hadn't done foam. Only did foam day 3 or 4 when I mentioned wall wasn't straight or solid

It wasn't about cheap at all. We have done the jobs we can do well ourselves and called in trades for jobs that either would take us too long or trades would do better

£150 a day so not spectacularly cheap? Had labourers/builders in end of last year to remove chimney stack and skim room who did a better job than this on half the plasterers daily rate.
