I fully agree with jgreenplastering aslong as the job is bang on and the client is happy then i cant see why it matters how long you have been doing something.
The place i used to work for it was the plasters problem not the builders either do the job or get in your van and you woouldnt get paid for any of the work you had done they were brutal. They did me for £1200
The site we were on everyone was on day rate but it didnt mean you had to be there all day everyday we were renovating houses into small flats for students so wasnt just doin plastering. It was better to work on day rate as you knew what you were getting at the end of every week. I understand...
