    Hi the customer wants a modern finish on these two bays it needs taking off back to the frame underneath . Normally I'd eml and sand and cement render it but customer wants k-rend,Weber finish on it. What would you say would be the best option to do this in these kinds of finish? Thanks

    I'd batten,board and skim. Other way you might be able to do is stick boards on with dry fix foam as that doesn't transfer damp .

    Basically underneath the sand and cement there is a layer of hardwall which is bone dry. It needs floating again over old hardwall to make level . So would using hardwall again be ok? Abit of advice would be helpful

    Just looked at a small job which has been done so wrong!!! Basically part of the wall got floated up with hardwall but it's not been skimmed. It's been re floated over with sand and cement!!!! That's all blown off but hardwall is solid. But it needs floating out more to become level with wall ...
