looking for a plasterer to reskim my living room walls and ceiling. It measures 3.6m by 4.6m and 2.4m high.
would be good if you could do basic joinary aswell as want new laminate flooring and skirting putting in.

New here so be nice. Stripped old woodchip wallpaper of the walls in my bedroom and was looking to get it plastered. Will this need one skim or 2? As getting a few different opinions off people who are giving me quotes.
Any thing else I need to watch out for?
