Just another update on what's going on. I know it's taken a long time but the scaffold is going up next week to do a full render over coat of my house. Mckennas have got the job to do it. Heard there one of the best thanks for the earlier advice.
I agree but it doesn't mean that the house buyer should have to put up with it when they are spending so much money. I know some will put up with it though but I suppose people's standards vary.
The Sunderland Echo has done a front page spread on the site my house is on about bad workmanship. You can see my house in the background (white one ) they will be in again if they don't get this render sorted. Cowboys employing Cowboys.
There is a front page spread on the Sunderland Echo (local paper) about bad workmanship on the site my house is on you can actually see my house in the distance the white one. Proper Cowboys these mind if nothing gets sorted with my render they will be in again.

Even if one of the plasters on here could advise if this is bad workmanship and shouldn't be the way it is or if I may be over reacting. As flynnymanno said earlier I could paint it but when your paying £200,000 for a new house I don't see why I should be needing to paint it after a few months.
Hi flynnymanno mate it is a completely different texture also the others look like more rounded bevels of render if u know what I mean and looks really good mine looks like it been put on with a catapult splattered on. When the shell of my house was completed it was taking ages to get rendered...
Thanks for the reply. There's a few photos but they really don't do it justice it looks worse in real life. A couple of them are the repairs they did first.
Hi all I have joined this forum as I need some advice. I bought a new house from perssimon homes last year. The house is fully rendered but shortly after I moved in I noticed that on every external corner the plastic corner beads are showing through not all the way up but proberly 50%...
