Absolutely I'm not trying to do it full time, was thinking more of painting somebodies bedroom or tiling their bathroom, small jobs like that. I'd leave tiling a floor or hanging paper to the pros, the short course would make me more of a handy man.

Would it be the same the other way around, would an Australian need to get an NVQ 3 If he/she already had an AQF 3? I understand not recognising C&G Diplomas and even Level 2 NVQ's but for them to dismiss a Level 3 NVQ is a bit of a joke. That's not good, are their methods better than ours and...
