Reskimming - boarding and skimming and few mono jobs to keep busy all private no site work

Got an opening for one more spread to join team but this is only open to a spread on top of his game and needs to have a lot of pride in his work, or we won't get on and lads get upset when I tell them they not as good as they think but this is my work and i take pride in it

It only will work on hairline cracks thou

Mix sbr and cement keeping it like piss rub it into hair line cracks leave to dry then paint

Krend gp motar will float up ok but its Gona need painting

I have pinched the clamp up but again how far do you go with it Will check if holding 15 bar next time out as was fine on mono And think it's time to order new r/s

I got the machine 9 months old and have only done 4 jobs around 450 meters all mono and it's been a great piece of kit but I'm still learning I do know it's a clamped type thou

Not sure to be honest did the usual setting of water for mix then when pumping just started pumping water

Hi lads have only ever put mono though Ritmo with no problems but give hardwall a go and it was a mess wet one minute and ok the next and just wondering is this gonna be the same when I try ocr any advice welcome

Priced this job before I got machine so it's more about cost I'll have to work out labour time against material costs as also supplying and there's 300 meters in it

Got a two coat s&c priced was thinking giving ocr / cpi a go but this building will defo need two coat So any suggestions on s&c scratch 3/1 then top with ocr or even cpi cheers

Give it a good brush down and coat of sbr and 3/1 sand cement over it when wet Works for me

I use thistle bondit but that's a better price owes selling it haven't seen it round here

Just tune into plant Rock and turn it up

Good to see this as only done two jobs so far with mine and getting same problem I was putting it down to mains was better on water butt I think
