Use fire board, dab tight so should be no more than 15-16mm per board (depends if BO wants 2 layers or not prop up with 4x2 on edge till it's gone off. Alls good.
I've used a park side for rendering jobs. My tip is to go to a scrap yard and pick up a couple of old seat belts for virtually nothing. Cut and loop both ends then use these on your gorilla tub handles. Won't STOP them breaking but will extend their lifetime massively.
Lol Cheer's guy's. What I meant was that having done the work and received payment, I'm yet to have a customer ring and complain of the standard of my work. If they ring then its for more work to be done. And yes Ipswich is the location for the tragic ending of the five girls.
Hello from me. Huxsta is an old nickname and it's stuck since my teens. Turned 45 this year! Real name is paul. Live in sleepy Suffolk working in the felixstowe and Ipswich area. All round builder/plasterer of nearly 10yrs experience, never been back to correct a job but have been back for more...
I've seen a silver foil bubble wrap used instead of celotex when overdrawing ceilings. 2 layers of approximately 2mm thick wrap has the same U value as 50mm celotex. Easy to use with a staple gun. Think its called something like 'Airtec'
