    New screwgun

I'm keeping a look out on ebay for a decent hilti for a half decent price , it's going to used for site work mainly so it's going to have some graft, if I were doing smaller works I would definitely get the dewalt because they are nearly half the price .

    Daily coverage

If he has one arm and one leg and a 4 inch trowel then 11m2 isn't too bad

Rates at the minute on site vary locally (subbying for contractors) from £4.20 to 5.75. Board and skim so not good but I think it's the same over Yorkshire. Having to put some good graft in to make a decent wage so iv been doing a mix of site and my own work mate.

Loads of work out there now it's picked up last year and especially this year. I can't take on all the work that keeps coming in domestic and site work. Once xmas is out of the way it would be worth thinking about going self employed again then mate

I must admit I'm thinking of sacking the site work off for a while and concentrating on domestics and small builders, getting sick of the ppe , site agents and been dissapointed with the prices
