Hi guys with more work coming in im looking at getting a joddy mixer a good mate has one but now I need one for myself. Does anybody have one for sale ??
Many thanks
Is the original render flat or textured like a pebble dash ?? Not heard of that andura before. How many square metres are there in your place roughly ?
Thats would be fine for either, normally 2 coat is sufficient but they suggested the building paper to prevent the cracking either way as its a high suction block and as below 7nt
The best advice I was given was a layer of building paper followed by mesh stops all suction and no cracking at all as its created that barrier but so solid with the mesh
I spoke to the local college about getting a boy, you can get a lad doing "the course" think all you pay is about £3 quid something an hour but has basic knowledge and you can get it subsidised I believe for taking some one on CITB may know more information
Have a look the Ford are now covered on a deal with the chassis but all depends on what you are going to carry if just tools and bags of plaser go for the VW if you need to carry boards get the transit but you will never loose on the Vw
Have a damm hot curry the night before so the next morning once your mixed up and got a bit of movement that will make you spread quicker before you crap yourself
I would say for the sake of 3m2 just eml and top coat it as its already got the waterproofer in the back coat be the quickest other wise you will just be spending time and more of the clients money to get a good look easy for a mornings work
